GENJI YOSHIDA "SHIBO"
Genji Yoshida is the new rising star on Kosmo Records. His remixes for artists such as Tom Novy and BBE received great critical acclaim. His debut single “Age 17” entered the top 20 of Cool Cuts. Genji Yoshida’s new single „Shibo“, which is Japanese for „Desire“, has a summery house feel to it and causes emotions to run high. The fusion of groovy house beats, sawing bass lines and accentuating keyboard riffs is creating a suction effect, which is completely impossible to resist. The club community feels completely excited in this unique world of sound and beat. Even if the spectacular remixes for Tomcraft, Tom Novy and BBE caused quite a stir, his new single “Shibo” still seems to be the big one Genji has been working for since he first started out as a producer. That’s why in this case there will be no additional remixes.

MARIO DA RAGNIO & SIN PLOMO "IT'S YOU"
This time Mario da Ragnio has hit the bull’s eye. Together with his mate Sin Plomo.
“It’s You“ sounds like summer, like hot nights, lovesickness and long drinks. It sounds like consciousness expanded party nights and hung-over days on the beach, until the sun goes down again and the whole game start again. “It’s You” sounds like Ibiza and it sounds like a huge hit. The groove is magically syncopated and still massively bouncing. The dancefloors will tremble, the arms will be thrown in the air and the vocals will become addictive as the most popular drug. Besides of the original mix there is a very deep interpretation of Sin Plomo and an additional remix by David Gramm. The Original will also be featured on “15 Years/15Tracks” and even if “It’s You” is a brand new track, it sound s like a classic already and therefore could not be in better company.

TOMCRAFT-THE MISSION (REMISSION)
A couple of weeks ago a fantastic Remix of Tomcrafts Trance anthem "the mission" reached us via Soundcloud. The two guys from Supernoise, DJ Gil and Peter Fanai, turned "the mission" into a massive tribal tech house bomb, this mix is definitely worth a release!

DA HOOL - BORA BORA 2010
Another classic is being re-released with a brand-new remix package on the occasion of the 15th jubilee of Kosmo Records:
Da Hool “Bora Bora”.
Inspired by the legendary beach on Ibiza and the world’s most famous beach bar this track has originally been released as a follow up to Da Hool’s worldwide hit record “Meet Her At The Loveparade”.
The new mixes have been produced by the Maestro himself as well as by the ever restless Niels Van Gogh.
Da Hool’s new version will also be featured on “15 Years / 15 Tracks”, the 15 years anniversary compilation of Kosmo Records.

TOM NOVY - I ROCK 2010
„I Rock“ is part 3 of of the single trilogy, which Kosmo Records is releasing as an appetizer for it’s “15 years/15 tracks” anniversary compilation. After “Loneliness” and “Miami Pop” also “I Rock”, which has been remixed by Tom Novy and Jerry Ropero, has highest hot potential. Of Course on the Kosmo Records Channel on You Tube there is also a new version of the video available, which had originally been shot during the legendary total eclipse of the sun in 1999. “I Rock” has always been without a doubt one of the biggest house anthems ever. This new Tom&Jerry remix might as well become the house record of the year.

PHIL FULDNER - MIAMI POP 2010
Back in 2001 we had handed out the first white labels of Phil Fuldner’s “Miami Pop” single to selected DJ’s.
The reactions, not only in Miami, were massive and soon after “Miami Pop” developed to a clubhit extraordinaire in the international house scene.
It became one of the bestselling vinyl releases on Kosmo Records in the past 15 years and achieved countless re-orders until the sad and recent bankruptcy of Discomania vinyl distribution.
Now there is a brilliant remix package. Phil Fuldner himself produced the main mix of the new package and one has to say, that he is still in very, very good shape. Additional mixes come from Tube & Berger , Lemon Popsicle, Mario Da Ragnio and Gregor Wagner.
… and from now on you will hear this incredibly infectious hook line again all over the world. “Let me see you pop, pop, pop, pop, pop!!!!!”

Based on the original film footage, director Niels Laupert created this brand new stunning video (music: 2010 Lissat & Voltaxx Remix).
ARMIN PRAYD VS. NIELS VAN GOGH "ON"
While Niels van Gogh is an old stager on Kosmo since the 90's, Armin Prayd is one of our hot new discoveries. Although he delivered already first remixes for tracks like "seven days or one week" or the "loneliness" package, this one is his first proper co-release on Kosmo Records. These two guys teamed up to deliver a very fine piece of prog. house with a massive catchy vocal in it. This is one of those rare tracks, that work well on the floor but you can also enjoy just listening at home; well done boys! Two remixes broaden the usability of this track, while the klick klack mix is a very funktional up to date electro house smasher, the mion remix mutates the track into a minimalistic masterpiece.

TOMCRAFT - LONELINESS 2010 (Part2)
While Part 1 of our package has entered Beaport Charts by strom, this second bundle gives you a bigger variety of styles. Starting with a tribal remix by Lissat & Voltaxx and ending with a massive dub step mix by Coburn Member Tim Healey and TAI (Tai Jason). Additionally our Kosmo mates Genji Yoshida and Armin Prayd deliver their interpretations, and, for the first time on Kosmo, Roy RosenfeLD, known from his Plasmapool releases, puts his hands on this anthem. Finally, from our armada friends, a Myon and Shane remix and the wild boy from London, Per QX completes this interesting package, enjoy!

After his fantastic remixes for artists such as Novy vs. Eniac (“Superstar”), BBE (“7 Days and one week”) and Snap (“Rhythm Is A Dancer”) and his debut single on Kosmo Records (“Age 17”), Genji Yoshida finally delivers his new single “Let’s Get Loud”. For this new track Genji has invited Dacia Bridges, who you might remember from her unforgettable vocals on JCA’s “I Begin To Wonder”, to his studio. We feel that Genji Yoshida’s productions are getting stronger and stronger and hope you will enjoy this one as much as we do.
“Let’s Get Loud”, Genji Yoshida’s new single will be out on Kosmo Records on January 22nd. Besides the Original Version a remix by our favourite producer team Lissat & Voltaxx and the aspiring producer genius Armin Prayd round up this cosy package!

TOMCRAFT - LONELINESS 2010 (Part1)
The original press release for the „Loneliness“ single back in 2002 stated the following: “Loneliness” has attracted a lot of attention even before it’s release on vinyl. Only 50 whitelabels sent out by Kosmo Records to key dj’s led to preorders of the first 12” of more then 3000 units, which is quite an impressive number in times like these. Here comes a hit… What followed is club music history. “Loneliness” went straight to no. 1 in the UK sales charts and developed to one of the biggest club records ever. For Kosmo Records, Tomcraft and the rest of the dance world.
Now in 2010 Kosmo Records decided to release a new remix package of this alltime club classic. The first bundle contains four mixes, contributed by Lissat & Voltaxx, Adam K & Soha, Mario da Ragnio and Niels van Gogh. Available wordwide exclusively on Beatport, starting Friday 19th of February.
